We are very flexible! The vision of our bar was to bring you personalized, one-on-one service. Tell us every detail of your vision for your event and we will work together to make it happen. Champagne Toast

Let’s toast to you! We can carve out a special moment to share a toast with you and your guests. We’ll get the attention and make sure everyone’s flute is full.

Welcome drink!

This is a great way to welcome your guests at any time during your special day. Whether it’s a glass of champagne walking into the cocktail hour or a signature cocktail at the entrance to the reception this is a fun way to get your guests in a party mood.

Proposal/Consultation

Please email spritz.mobilebartct@gmail.com with your vision for your event. The more info the better! Allow us 24 hours to respond.

Please leave an email and phone number. We will return your email and schedule our consultation.


At our one-on-one consultation (in person, virtually, call) we will talk any and all things you want. Here we want to narrow down exactly what you are looking for to give you the best price and service. We will also go over our contract/terms of service. We can book you here or you can reach back out to us.


If needed, during this time, check with your venue regarding their policy with outside vendors and/or measurements for trailer placement, all bar info and sizing can be found on here.

Booking

When you are ready to book, please email spritz.mobilebarct@gmail.com with the subject "BOOK ME", please include your name, number and date of event. We suggest booking at least 2 months prior to your event.


FOR ALL EVENTS AND DEPOSITS


We will forward you our contract to sign. Once the contract and deposit are received by Spritz., we will schedule your event. Deposits for events will be 50% of total price. We will send you a link to pay. If paying by check or cash, please notify Spritz. LLC. if paying with check, we will come to you to receive this. Credit Card will remain on file for the remaining amount that is due 25 days prior to your event. All Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% charge and all liquor and liquor services are subject to 7.35% tax. ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% GRATUITY.

We accept cash, card, and check payments.


If using the truck-

We ask for a flat $1150 deposit to hold the truck and date for you.


All deposits are non-refundable.

Leading up to event

Leading up to your event date, we will begin finalizing your details!! We will reach out to finalize a drink menu, alcohol list, and anything else that needs to be finalized. We will reach out occasionally to send reminders of your event to you. Feel free to reach out during this time for any questions, changes or anything you may need. We are here for you!

Event Day

We will arrive 1 hour before your event to set up. This allows us to take our time preparing our area and the items you need. As your guests begin to arrive, it's time for you to sit back, cheers, and relax. When it comes to the end, please allow 1 hour for us to clean up.

FAQS

How do I know if I can have you guys at my venue?


Most event venues will specify on their websites what they allow. If not feel free to give us your contact for the event and we will reach out. We want to make sure we are doing things legally! If your event is in the privacy of a home or private property, there are no issues there.





Sizing?


We only need about 8ft x 5 ft of space to set up our table bar.


Trailer will be 13 ft x 5 ft and approximately 7 feet tall.





It's 20 days before my event and I want to add/take away something, can I?


Of course! It's your event! We just ask all final decisions to be made AT LEAST 10 days before the event so that we can take care of it.





What does TIPS certified mean?


TIPS certified means we are licensed by the state and liquor association to bartend. Just a formality.




Are you insured?????


Hell ya baby! We are a fully insured liquor and liability business:)




Do you put out a tip jar?


Yes, we do! Tipping is a huge part of the bartending service. If there are questions or concerns, we would be happy to address them.
